About the position

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and articulate individual to join our team as a Research Caller on a project basis. This position is casual part-time, working 20 hours per week over an 8-month contract. The successful candidate must be based in Malta and not require a work permit. The role involves conducting structured telephone surveys and accurately recording responses in line with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone calls to individuals and businesses for survey purposes
• Follow structured scripts with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism
• Record responses accurately in the designated systems
• Meet call targets as required by the project
• Maintain confidentiality and handle all data responsibly
• Report any recurring issues or trends identified
• Provide administrative support linked to survey activities when needed
  

Requirements

• Must be based in Malta
• Must not require a work permit
• Excellent spoken English and confident telephone manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow scripts and record information precisely
• Comfortable with high call volumes
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible around project requirements
• Able to commit to 20 hours per week

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in customer service, call centre roles, telemarketing, or research is beneficial
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused during calls
  

What We Offer

• €12,000 pro rata for the 8-month contract
